J.P. Josey Bozeman Born October 3, 1933 Passed away Saturday November 26, 2016. He was preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Beulah Josey, his sister Dorothy Sanders Bassenger and two nephews Mark and Mitchell Sanders. J.P. ran a grocery store for 50 years in Fairview, Al. He sold ice cream for 30 years in his ice cream truck and Semmes ball park never missing a game. He was affectionally know as "The Ice Cream Man". J.P. Josey Bozeman Born October 3, 1933 Passed away Saturday November 26, 2016. He was preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Beulah Josey, his sister Dorothy Sanders Bassenger and two nephews Mark and Mitchell Sanders. J.P. ran a grocery store for 50 years in Fairview, Al. He sold ice cream for 30 years in his ice cream truck and Semmes ball park never missing a game. He was affectionally know as "The Ice Cream Man". He also owned a fireworks stand with his brother in law in Fairview, AL. He will be missed by his family, his Semmes Park family and his Camellia Baptist Church family where he was a member for many years. He is survived by his brother John Wesley Bozeman and his wife Terri. Brother in law Charles Bassenger. Niece Patricia Stroud, Nephews Michael and Tony Sanders, as well as a host of great nieces and nephews and all of there children. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Radney Funeral Home-Mobile. Funeral services will be Thursday at Camellia Baptist Church at 2:00 pm.
