Pelham Glenn Pearce a native of Mt. Vernon, Al and a resident of Mobile died on Sunday March 29, 2015 at his residence. Mr. Pearce served in the United States Navy during World War II. Mr. Pearce was a graduate of the University of Alabama and the Candler School of Theology at Emory University, he was an ordained United Methodist Minister from 1953 until 1966. Mr. Pearce was an Air Craft Engineer for Teledyne Continental Motors retiring in 1992. Mr. Pearce is survived by his wife of 61 years Melva T. Pearce, his four children...

Pelham Glenn Pearce a native of Mt. Vernon, Al and a resident of Mobile died on Sunday March 29, 2015 at his residence. Mr. Pearce served in the United States Navy during World War II. Mr. Pearce was a graduate of the University of Alabama and the Candler School of Theology at Emory University, he was an ordained United Methodist Minister from 1953 until 1966. Mr. Pearce was an Air Craft Engineer for Teledyne Continental Motors retiring in 1992. Mr. Pearce is survived by his wife of 61 years Melva T. Pearce, his four children Pelham Glenn Pearce, Robin Pearce (Don) Lawley, Ginger Pearce (Sid) Harrell, and Paul Jason Pearce, his brother Bert Wilton (Shirley) Pearce, nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the graveside on Friday April 3, 2015 at 11AM. Interment will be in Mauvilla Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 6162 St. Gallen Ave N., Mobile, Al 36608 immediately following the graveside service.
